• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years as a System Administrator or in IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and network devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
