The role offers a hybrid work model with mixture of on-site duties and remote flexibility, focusing on maintaining robust systems across Windows and Linux environments and cloud platforms alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security principles.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and related software.
• Administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
