Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in supply chain & logistics with 3+ years in a management role.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong negotiation, supplier relationship & contract management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS/TMS software.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage comprehensive supply chain and logistics strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and logistics, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains in a manufacturing or production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
• Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning and execution software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of international trade and customs regulations.
