Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain/logistics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience optimizing complex supply chains, including international logistics.
• Strong ERP/SCM software experience (SAP, Oracle).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in optimizing complex supply chains, including international logistics.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with regular on-site presence in Richards Bay .
