You will develop strategies, oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transport, mentor a large team, and implement advanced supply chain technologies while ensuring compliance and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration)
• Minimum of 10 years in logistics and supply chain management with at least 5 years in a director-level role
• Proven track record managing complex global supply chains, preferably in automotive/manufacturing
• Strong understanding of lean principles and Six Sigma
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership and communication skills
• Experience with SAP/Oracle and analytics tools
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the Eastern Cape region is a significant asset
