Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated supply chain strategy to support business growth and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Optimize logistics networks to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times across Centurion, Gauteng, and beyond.
• Lead and manage the supply chain and logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.
• Implement and leverage advanced supply chain technologies and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) for improved visibility and control.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with key suppliers, logistics providers, and other external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain, identifying and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively senior roles within supply chain and logistics management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing complex supply chain strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management, transportation, and inventory control systems.
• Strong understanding of supply chain technology and its application in optimizing operations.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives within Centurion, Gauteng.
