Qualifications

• Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain with at least 5 years in a leadership role within FMCG.
• Experience developing and implementing complex supply chain strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of global logistics, procurement, warehousing, inventory management.
• Proven experience with supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing large budgets and negotiating with global partners.
• Willing to work a hybrid model in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal.
