Job summary

Our client a leader in the citrus industry and a vertically integrated producer, packer and exporter, located in the Citrusdal valley has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their export marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously plan, monitor and coordinate product flow across production units, packhouses and markets, using supply data, packing capacity, demand and sales requirement to guide daily decisions.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing and sales to determine the optimal supply and demand solution from multiple production units and packhouses.
• Issue packing instructions to packhouses based on the supply and demand plan.
• Manage order adjustments and execution.
• Build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Material planning and procurement.
• Prepare reports that highlight supply risks, packing progress, market allocation and recommended actions.

Essential Requirements:

• A relevant B.Eng. or B.Sc. degree.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and translate information into practical planning decisions.
