Job summary

Pronel Consultants is seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Ladysmith, KZN. Minimum Requirements

• BCom in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related qualification

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Supply Chain Management role within a manufacturing environment

• Experience working on an ERP system (Syspro advantageous)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and advanced formulae)

• Sound understanding of procurement, logistics, imports/exports, and inventory management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement and supply chain function

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships locally and internationally

• Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing

• Manage inventory, materials planning, and stock accuracy

• Oversee freight, warehousing, and distribution processes

• Monitor supplier performance and supply chain KPIs

• Lead and develop the supply chain team

• Work closely with production, finance, and sales to ensure business objectives are met
