Job summary

Mouton Citrus Pty is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the export marketing team in the Citrusdal valley. The role focuses on continuous control and coordination of internal supply chain processes from production and packing to local and export sales.

You will plan and monitor product flow across production units, packhouses and markets, collaborate with procurement, marketing and sales, issue packing instructions, and prepare reports on supply risks, packing progress and market

Responsibilities

• Continuously plan, monitor and coordinate product flow across production units, packhouses and markets, using supply data, packing capacity, demand and sales requirements to guide daily decisions.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing and sales to determine the optimal supply and demand solution from multiple production units and packhouses.
• Issue packing instructions to packhouses based on the supply and demand plan.
• Manage order adjustments and execution.
• Build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Material planning and procurement.
• Prepare reports that highlight supply risks, packing progress, market allocation and recommended actions

Mouton Citrus, a leader in the citrus industry and a vertically integrated producer, packer and exporter, located in the Citrusdal valley has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our export marketing team.

Our marketing team’s strategic objective is to position Mouton Citrus as a preferred supplier to global retailers and select target markets in the global citrus market. The role will be responsible for the continuous control and coordination of internal supply chain processes and planning from production and packing to local and export sales.
