RAD Resources seeks a professional to manage all supply chain issues within the International Business department, providing admin support to the Sales Consultant and resolving pricing, product, and technical issues.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales and customer data in SAP, preparing reports in Excel and PowerPoint for customers and management, and ensuring export procedures and documentation are up to date. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain or International Trade.
• Experience using SAP for data analyses and reporting.

The persons primary duties will be to manage all supply chain related issues for the International Business department through intensive administrative tasks and working with a select portfolio of existing export clients. Providing administrative support to the Sales Consultant, including resolving pricing, product, and technical issues. Regular analyses of sales and customer data in SAP, and preparation of reports in .xls and .ppt format for customers and management. Ensuring adherence to all necessary export procedures and assist in the collection of related documentation. Adhering to, and keeping up to date with all internal and external document and record-keeping requirements. May be required to travel to assist with shows, training, installation, and after-sales support.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification with Supply Chain or International Trade at least 5 years experience
• SAP Experience
