Job summary

RAD Resources seeks a professional to manage all supply chain issues within the International Business department, providing admin support to the Sales Consultant and resolving pricing, product, and technical issues.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales and customer data in SAP, preparing reports in Excel and PowerPoint for customers and management, and ensuring export procedures and documentation are up to date. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain or International Trade.
• Experience using SAP for data analyses and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all supply chain related issues for the International Business department.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultant, resolving pricing, product, and technical issues.
• Analyze sales and customer data in SAP and prepare reports in .xls and .ppt for customers and management.
• Ensure adherence to export procedures and assist in collecting related documentation.
• Travel may be required to assist with shows, training, installation, and after-sales support.
