Job summary

Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd is hiring for a role to optimize the culinary supply chain by overseeing the daily dry storeroom operations, staff management, and inventory control. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock handling and excellent customer service within an FMCG setting.

Key responsibilities include stock receiving/issue, batch-numbering, timely stock planning, accurate updates, and participation in stock takes.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics an advantage.
• 12 months FMCG experience with some exposure to production.
• Computer literacy with MS Office and Syspro; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To optimize the Premier culinary Supply chain through overseeing the daily operation of dry storeroom, ensuring it runs smooth and effective. This role involves managing staff, maintain inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• To execute the receiving and issue of stock t and from store.
• Ensure all stock has batch numbers.
• Prepare stock requirement timeously.
• Draw required stock and keep stock correctly updated.
• Take part in stock take

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 – with Mathematics an advantage
• Must have at least 12 months experience in FMCG with some exposure to production
• Must be computer literacy, with specific knowledge of Ms. Office range and Syspro
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English and be well spoken
