Job summary

Premier FMCG is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead route sales and optimize distribution. You will coach Salesman Drivers and Sales Assistants, maximize route potential, and ensure profitable availability across the route network.

Ideal candidates have FMCG experience, strong customer service focus, and adeptness with Excel, GIS concepts, and distribution systems. Willingness to work additional hours and adapt to a pressurized environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years Sales Supervisory experience with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Execution in an FMCG environment.
• Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalent.
• High level of understanding of the FMCG industry.
• Good relationship and communication skills.
• Good administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Be prepared to work additional hours.
• Analytical and innovative mindset.
• Attention to details.
• Basic IR skills.
• Well-developed capability on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the route potential thus ensuring profitable availability.
• Managing route sales, driver shorts, crates and PODs through your team consisting of Salesman Drivers and Sales Assistants.
• Daily coaching of Salesman Drivers.

Job Purpose
To maximize the route potential thus ensuring profitable availability. Managing route sales, driver shorts, crates and PODs through your team consisting of Salesman Drivers and Sales Assistants. Daily couching of Salesman Drivers.

• Routing and Distribution Optimization.
• Working knowledge of vehicle telematics technology & software.

Experience And Qualifications
