Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Training Co-ordinator to facilitate, manage and coordinate Boilermaker training programs to close skills gaps and prove competency in line with business needs. You will develop and deliver training in accord with company procedures and designed materials.

The role requires implementing accreditation with QCTO/NAMB/SETA and maintaining ISO9001:2015 compliance, plus reporting on training outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Valid recognised Trade Certificate in Boilermaker.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Engineering Artisan capacity.
• Proficient with MS Office and Management Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, manage and coordinate Boilermaker training using designed materials and company procedures.
• Implement QCTO/NAMB/SETA accreditation and QMS ISO9001:2015 to ensure compliance.
• Compile training reports as required.

Job description

Minimum Qualifications

• A valid recognised Trade Certificate obtained through a formal learnership apprenticeship in Boilermaker.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years appropriate experience in an Engineering Artisan Capacity.

• ETD Practitioner’s Certificate Level 3.
• Computer Literate.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, Manage, Coordinate and Facilitate Boilermaker Training, according to designed materials, practices, methodology and company procedures to improve competency levels within the organisation.
• Implement QCTO/NAMB/SETA and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation to ensure compliance.
• Compile Training Reports as per requirements.
