Qualifications

• B-Degree / BTech Degree (NQF Level 7 360 credits) in IT / MIS / Business systems or equivalent.
• Certificate in Supervisory / Management / ARM or equivalent (NQF Level 4 150 credits) Recommended.
• Minimum of five (5) years operational IT systems / data analysis / systems management / systems integration experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years operational open cast mining industry experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years operational Supervisory / Management stakeholder relations experience.
• Advanced user of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and system integration across all company operations.
• Ensure continuous system performance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain business continuity.
• Manage and improve key processes within the total value chain, from planning through mining, production, load-out, and dispatch.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase system productivity, reliability, and data accuracy.
• Supervise and coordinate the operations of plant and mining systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
• Lead and manage enterprise system-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timeline adherence, and cost management.
• Lead and mentor staff within the enterprise systems team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, risk, and quality (SHERQ) standards across all system operations and processes.
