Job summary

Redline Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Execution Lead and Senior Technical Interior Designer for a fast-growing interior design studio in Johannesburg. This hands-on role manages the full project lifecycle, from technical documentation through procurement and installation, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects.

You will drive project delivery standards, strengthen procurement processes, manage budgets over R2 million, and ensure on-site quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar interior design/architecture role.
• Experience with high-end residential/commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience managing projects from technical stage to installation.
• Strong procurement, supplier management and logistics knowledge.
• Experience budgeting R2 million+ for projects.
• Highly organized, detail-driven and commercially aware.
• Independent worker with ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project execution from concept handover to completion.
• Produce and manage detailed technical drawings (AutoCAD & Revit).
• Coordinate procurement processes, suppliers, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets (R2 million+) with a strong focus on cost control.
• Ensure high-quality installation and on-site delivery.
• Maintain structure, systems, and accountability across projects.
