The University of the Free State invites applications for the position of Assistant Officer (post level 13) in Student Finance at the Bloemfontein campuses. Two positions are available, with a closing date of 9 November 2026, and a start date as soon as possible.

Applicants should hold Grade 12 and at least one year of experience in financial administration or related areas, including student accounts and payment arrangements. Proficiency in MS Office and PeopleSoft is preferred.

• Grade 12 (NQF 4) with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in financial administration or student accounts.
• Experience with processing financial transactions and payment arrangements.
