The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Structural/Civil Engineering with structural specialization, 10+ years of experience including 3+ years in leadership, and Pr Eng registration with ECSA. A Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Oversee structural design and analysis across complex projects, ensuring code compliance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for structural work.
• Review and approve drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders on structural matters.
• Implement quality control procedures and best practices in design and execution.
