Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of structural engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the structural design and analysis for a variety of complex projects, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for structural engineering scopes of work.
• Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders on structural matters.
• Implement quality control procedures and best practices in structural engineering design and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural specialization.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a team lead or management role.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis software and design principles for various materials (steel, concrete, masonry).
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex structural projects from inception to completion.
