ATS Client is seeking a senior strategy consultant to drive relationships with top clients and lead business development, sales pipelines and proposals in the Financial Services sector.

You will lead programme delivery across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management, shaping strategies and operating models, while leveraging AI-enabled transformations.”

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience with a top-tier strategy or consulting firm.
• Proven track record in Financial Services, including Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or similar.
• Strong foundational Strategy & Consulting skills with extensive consulting delivery experience.
• Clear understanding of the opportunities presented by Technology, AI and Generative AI.
• Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with a balance of conceptual and practical thinking.
• Passion for taking solutions to market, from concept through to execution.
• Curious mindset, positive attitude and strong team orientation.

• Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges and growth opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to originate, manage and close complex sales opportunities
• Bachelor's degree as a minimum (e.g. Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or similar)
