Job summary

PwC’s South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre seeks an experienced Manager to lead project portfolio management across large-scale transformation programmes. You will coach teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive delivery with senior stakeholders while upholding PwC standards and client value.

You will partner with multi-disciplinary teams, ensure governance and reporting, and cultivate a high-performance delivery culture across the programme lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects and PMO functions.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, programme workstreams or PMO functions across complex transformation programmes.
• End-to-end delivery from mobilisation to post-deployment review.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, delivery controls and reporting structures.
• Own integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and resources.
• Provide leadership to PMO or project resources to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop executive-level programme reporting and materials for client leadership.
