You will gather inputs from stakeholders, map requirements to compliance matrices, and craft executive summaries that emphasize IFS's camp management, catering and remote-site services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bid or proposal writing experience in a relevant sector.
• A degree or diploma in communications, journalism, business, marketing or a related field.
• Ability to translate client requirements into compliant, compelling submissions.

Responsabilités

• Review RFIs, RFQs and RFPs and extract requirements into a compliance matrix.
• With the Commercial and Costing Manager, plan bid response, writing schedule and responsibilities.
• Coordinate inputs from SMEs across operations, HSE, HR, procurement, finance and legal.
• Design standard input templates and checklists for methods statements, staffing, HSE stats and case studies.
• Draft executive summaries and client-focused narratives that align with client priorities.
• Ensure submissions meet formatting, certification and local content requirements.
• Maintain a bid library of reusable content and track certificates and accreditations.
• Package and submit final proposals and respond to clarifications.
