Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Industrial and Organizational Psychology
• 3 years recruitment experience in Insurance or Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to stakeholders to plan short, medium and long-term recruitment needs
• Plan sourcing, selection and screening to meet business requirements
• Build and maintain an internal/external talent pool of active and passive candidates
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels including social media, networking, search engines, databases and associations
• Source high-value, scarce-skilled candidates who fit the culture
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure data integrity of candidate databases
• Advertise roles across channels in line with requirements and standards
• Provide external talent search and headhunting capabilities
• Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct first-stage interviews and facilitate interviews
• Guide stakeholders to influence hiring and achieve Employment Equity targets
• Provide feedback to stakeholders throughout recruitment
• Maintain recruitment documentation and produce reports and metrics
• Propose improvements to talent management practices
