Job summary

GEP Worldwide is seeking a Sourcing Lead to own Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) sourcing strategy, supplier onboarding, innovation delivery, and supplier performance management. You will collaborate with category managers and leverage the GEP network to deliver savings, resilience, and value across partnerships.

The role involves contract management, supplier governance, and leading commercial discussions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in category management and strategic sourcing tasks.
• Ability to establish negotiation strategies and lead negotiations.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding, governance, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support category managers with strategy plans and sourcing execution.
• Lead supplier selection activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecards).
• Manage supplier onboarding, governance, and performance tracking.
• Develop and execute CM sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive negotiations to achieve savings and service improvements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain.
