Job summary

G-Core Capital is seeking a General Manager to lead the planning, coordination and successful delivery of complex manufacturing and construction projects across the group. The role covers on-site execution, customer liaison and end-to-end project control.

You will oversee production, procurement, quality, cost management and team leadership, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company objectives. A strategic, hands-on leader is required to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, operations management or a related technical field.
• Strong project management experience across manufacturing/engineering/construction.
• Experience coordinating multiple client-side and project stakeholders.
• Ability to engage with technical and project personnel at senior level.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, coordination and delivery of projects and major customer orders across both companies.
• Manage projects from quotation to handover, including design, procurement, production and installation.
• Develop clear project plans, timelines and priorities; monitor progress against budgets and schedules.
