Job summary

Salt seeks a strategic, hands-on Social Media Manager to own social media strategy, performance and community across a portfolio of brands within a growing e-commerce business.

You will develop content plans, lead social listening, analyse performance, manage influencer relationships and line-manage a Junior Social Media Manager while collaborating with Performance Marketing to align paid and organic efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Social Media Management or Community Management role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and community dynamics.
• Strong social media analytics, reporting and performance measurement experience.
• Experience managing influencer and ambassador relationships.
• Previous people-management or line-management experience.
• Demonstrable experience using AI tools within social media and marketing workflows.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and social media planning.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop social media strategy across multiple brands
• Build and manage content plans across platforms, formats and campaigns
• Lead social listening, monitoring sentiment, competitors and emerging trends
• Analyse social performance and turn data into actionable insights
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, ensuring consistency in brand voice
• Develop and manage influencer and ambassador relationships
