You will translate engagement into measurable sales, lead cross-functional collaboration, and shape our client brands’ online presence with autonomy and results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management with a strong emphasis on e-commerce and growth strategies.
• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling social media campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
• Expertise in social media analytics, advertising platforms, and content management tools.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a cohesive social media strategy to drive e-commerce sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and optimize paid social media advertising budgets and campaigns for optimal performance and conversion rates.
• Analyze social media data, extract actionable insights, and provide regular reports on performance and KPIs.
• Develop and nurture online communities, fostering positive engagement and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
