Job summary

Mukuru is seeking a strategic Skills Development Partner to design and govern our learning compliance and capability programs. You will partner with leaders to implement an end-to-end strategy across learnerships, internships, apprenticeships, and leadership development initiatives.

With responsibility for reporting, SETA engagements, BBBEE contributions, and governance, you will drive value through data-driven insights and continuous improvement in a remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Industrial Psychology, or related field is required.
• Registered SDF accreditation is essential.
• Project management certification or experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Skills Development Act, NQF, SAQA, BBBEE and labour laws.
• Design and govern the Workplace Skills Plan aligned to business strategy.
• Lead SETA engagement and manage WSP/ATR submissions and discretionary grants.
• Develop reporting dashboards and analytics to demonstrate ROI on learning investments.
• Drive learnerships, internships, apprenticeships, and leadership development programs.
