1Life Insurance is seeking a results-driven sales professional to set clear objectives for each call, tailor presentation materials for decision makers, and ask targeted questions to gauge interest and gather information.

You will identify products that meet client needs, invite purchases at standard terms, and work toward talk time and sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and customer focus.

Formación

• Experience in selling investment products and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to tailor materials and present to decision makers.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and serve as first point of contact.
• Knowledge of regulatory codes and codes of conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Set clear objectives for each sales call; tailor presentations to decision makers and ask relevant questions to gather information.
• Identify products or services that best meet the customer's stated needs and invite purchases at standard price/terms of sale.
• Achieve talk time targets, sales targets and other productivity metrics.
• Develop new relationships with allocated customers and act as the first point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes of conduct; obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Develop personal capabilities through training and coaching; stay informed on products, technology, regulation and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, listening attentively and conveying information concisely and professionally.
• Maintain accountability and deliver on commitments; handle challenging tasks and drive results.
• Navigate complex information to solve problems and focus on customer-centric solutions.
