The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing multi-year programs in distributed environments, with performance tracked against KPIs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong emphasis on managing portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year programs in a remote or distributed environment.
• Expertise in program management methodologies and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of multiple related projects, forming a cohesive program.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies across all constituent projects.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project managers, teams, and stakeholders globally.
• Monitor program performance against strategic objectives and KPIs.
• Develop and manage the overall program budget and resource allocation.
