Placements24 is seeking a highly strategic Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of interconnected initiatives in a remote-first setup. You will align portfolios across departments, govern programs, and drive business outcomes with executive stakeholders in a distributed environment.

The role requires a proven track record in managing large-scale programs, guiding remote teams, and delivering complex initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in hybrid/remote environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the overall strategy, roadmap, and execution of assigned programs.
• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the program portfolio.
• Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Lead and mentor project managers and team members involved in the program.
• Establish and report on program KPIs to executive leadership.
