Job summary

Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Leader to own preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies for refinery assets.

You will direct maintenance planning, execution and turnaround activities, driving reliability improvements and ensuring spare parts availability while controlling costs. The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in RCM/FMEA/RCA, and a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a refinery or heavy industry

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or refinery environment, majority in maintenance
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, reliability programmes and asset integrity management
• Experience leading shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance projects

Responsibilities

• Own and drive maintenance planning and execution, including turnaround and on-stream maintenance delivery
• Lead reliability programme delivering RCA, FMEA, RCM and KPI monitoring
• Oversee warehouse and maintenance inventory management to support maintenance execution
