Job summary

Astron Energy is seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Manager to oversee the safe, reliable maintenance of refinery assets at Milnerton. You will own the reliability programme, lead turnarounds and ensure cost-efficient maintenance across the refinery, including RCM, PM and PdM strategies.

Qualifications include a BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years in refinery maintenance, with strong leadership and budgeting skills to drive performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing or refinery maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance planning, reliability programmes and asset integrity.
• Proven experience leading shutdowns and major maintenance projects.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability programme including RCA, FMEA and RCM.
• Lead shutdowns, turnarounds and major maintenance projects.
• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Manage warehouse and spares inventory to support maintenance.
• Drive KPI monitoring and continuous improvement across refinery.
