Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive recruiter to partner with hiring managers, understand hiring needs, and source top talent in a fast-paced internal or agency environment. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, build and manage talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process for Durban-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' recruitment experience in an agency or fast-paced internal recruitment environment
• A passion for finding and engaging great talent
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive, organised, and energetic approach
