Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of real estate development or project management experience.
Proven track record in managing complex development projects.
Strong understanding of development finance and market analysis.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure new real estate development opportunities aligned with company strategy.
Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and financial modelling for projects.
Manage all development lifecycle phases from concept to handover.
Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive profitability.
Negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors, and third parties.
Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes and environmental regs in Centurion.
