You will identify opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, secure funding, and build investor relations to deliver high-impact developments with strong returns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of real estate development experience.
• Strong financial acumen in deal structuring and capital markets.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure strategic land parcels and development opportunities across markets.
• Lead financial structuring and capital raising for new development projects.
• Oversee architectural design and planning to align with project goals and market demands.
• Manage construction phase including contractor selection and supervision.
• Develop asset management strategies to maximize property value.
