Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects aimed at optimizing the company's global supply chain operations, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

• Analyze current supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions for improvement.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (operations, procurement, sales) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers).
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for continuous enhancement.
• Mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations and maintaining service levels.

• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics optimization.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in a global context.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and relevant technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• APICS or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote, autonomous team environment is essential.
