Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead logistics optimization initiatives from anywhere in South Africa, with occasional Upington visits. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, cut costs, and deliver measurable supply chain improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within logistics, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with WMS/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven experience optimizing supply chain processes with WMS/TMS systems.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and procurement.
• Excellent project management, planning, execution, and risk management skills.
• Proficient with project management software (Asana, Trello, MS Project) and SCM tools.
• Outstanding communication and remote collaboration abilities.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
