Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a seasoned Project Manager within the Project Management Office to lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, budget and quality adherence. You will coordinate artefacts, track financials, risks and change requests while supporting change management and stakeholder communications.

The role requires extensive SDLC experience and governance knowledge to ensure operational readiness and successful project outcomes across a programme.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within a Programme/PMO structure.
• Proven ability to document artefacts, report on deliverables and budgets.
• Knowledge of governance, quality standards and change management.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects in the programme.
• Maintain complete, accurate living project artefacts and reporting.
• Track financials, risks, issues and change requests across projects.
• Ensure stakeholder mapping, communication plans and governance are in place.
• Support organizational change management and communication activities.
