Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Project Manager to evaluate, scope and implement programs across IT and business units. You will act as a bridge between IT delivery teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires 6-8 years of multi-project leadership, governance and risk experience, and the ability to present findings to ExCo and HoDs. Familiarity with Prince2/Agile and vendor management is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience managing multiple large complex projects
• End-to-end project lifecycle management with benefits tracking
• Exposure to governance, risk management and cross-functional delivery
• Experience across Africa markets beneficial
• Strong financial business case development and justification
• 3rd party vendor management and change management experience
• Familiarity with Prince2 and Agile methodologies
• Business process knowledge and cross-team collaboration

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, scope and implement programs within cost, time, and quality constraints
• Act as advisor to Business and Technical departments, keeping stakeholders updated
• Link IT delivery with business expectations and manage regional steering committees
• Present findings to HoDs and Executives; coordinate with ExCo as needed
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication at all levels
• Support governance controls and risk management across projects
