Job summary

Araxi Group seeks an experienced senior project leader to manage end-to-end strategy, execution, planning and staffing for major programmes. You will drive capacity planning, budgeting and alignment with strategic priorities, while ensuring high-performance delivery across teams.

The role requires 12–15 years in project environments with 3–5 years in senior management, and professional certifications such as PMP/PGMP. Strong business writing and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior project management experience in large programmes or projects.
• 12–15 years in a project environment with 3–5 years in senior management.
• PMP or Prince certification; Programme Management certification (PGMP).

Responsibilities

• Model capacity requirements across the full portfolio of projects.
• Drive capacity planning and align with strategic priorities.
• Set up budgets and financial models for the division.
• Participate in strategy planning and improve team delivery.
• Ensure optimal team performance and accountability.
• Recruit and develop senior staff; foster improvement culture.
• Coordinate with other PM functions to share best practices.
