Job summary

Ovations Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate enterprise-wide projects in a 12-month banking sector contract. Lead end-to-end plans, optimize resources, and ensure alignment with business strategy for successful delivery.

You will manage risks, drive governance, and report to executive sponsors, with a focus on delivering large-scale initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience managing enterprise-wide projects, portfolios, or complex transformation programs.
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and team-coordination skills.
• Proven track record in strategic risk identification, contingency planning, and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Strategy: Develop end-to-end project plans defining scope, objectives, schedules, governance, and resource requirements in line with corporate strategic goals.
• Enterprise Execution: Direct and coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives on time and within budget.
• Risk & Contingency Management: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; build and execute robust contingency plans.
• Resource & Capacity Allocation: Manage the allocation of internal and external resources, balancing workloads and optimizing team productivity.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and key business leaders, providing transparent status reporting and driving alignment.
