• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
• Experience in budget management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all community service programs.
• Develop and refine program strategies, goals, and objectives to align with the organization’s mission.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee program budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and impact.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, funders, community partners, and beneficiaries.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of program delivery through monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for program innovation, expansion, and diversification.
• Represent the organization to donors, partners, and in public forums.
