• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or community work.
• Strong understanding of social issues and community needs in Gauteng.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal, negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage social programs from inception to completion.
• Coordinate program activities to align with organizational goals and community needs.
• Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, volunteers, and service providers.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events for participants and stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
• Identify challenges and develop proactive solutions; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recruit and supervise program staff or volunteers as needed.
