Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a B.S./B.A. in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Extended Workforce, staffing, HR services category management or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Experience with supplier selection, analysis and relationship management in logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and contracting within Extended Workforce Solutions, including RFPs/RFQs and negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end category management, supplier governance, and contract renewals.
• Define procurement strategy aligned with stakeholders and spend goals.
• Support supplier negotiations and governance frameworks.
• Provide category intelligence and spend/cost savings reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions with Legal and Global Process Owners.
