The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in procurement with 3+ in management, and strong skills in negotiation, vendor management, and ERP/e-sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years procurement experience with at least 3 in leadership.
• Proven strategic sourcing, category management and complex negotiations.
• Experience leading remote teams in a virtual environment.
• Proficiency with modern procurement software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize spending.
• Lead negotiations with global and local suppliers for favorable terms.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle from needs to contract management.
