Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin or related field.
- 5-7 years in strategic procurement with remote work experience.
- Expert in contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Proficient with procurement software, analytics tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving for virtual settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for complex categories with market analysis and RFx.
- Nurture relationships with global suppliers, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Develop and implement procurement policies for a remote model.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using advanced virtual tools.
