Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the Head of Commercial in developing and delivering pricing strategies aligned with business objectives. You will analyse market data and help set guidelines to optimise profitability while maintaining service levels.

You will collaborate with Account Management, Finance and Business Development to determine pricing for services, monitor margins, ensure GDPR and ISO compliance, and drive improvements across pricing

Qualifications

• Must have HHG costing experience.
• Business acumen and focus on profitability and margins.
• Excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Organisational skills and ability to meet KPIs.
• GDPR and ISO compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing strategy development aligned with business objectives.
• Review market analysis/benchmarking and competitor pricing to optimise profitability.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development and Finance on pricing.
• Own the MCE process and advise on mark-ups to optimise margins.
• Manage partner invoicing from quotation to final invoice approval.
• Monitor non-approved costs to protect margins and identify improvements.
• Review pricing trends by customer/service line for data-driven decisions.
• Assist with analyzing impact of pricing changes on revenue and margins.
• Monitor and enforce pricing policies for consistency.
• Update databases and documentation as required.
• Escalate and communicate concerns to maintain relationships.
