Elanco in South Africa seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead relationships and growth across its Poultry portfolio. You will align solutions with customer objectives, develop long-term plans, and collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and other teams to deliver value.

The role requires a science background, proven poultry sales experience, and the ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed. Strong English communication and data analytics are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Agricultural Science, or Veterinary Science (BSc., BVSc.)
• Proven sales or strategic account management experience in Animal Health (Poultry, In-feeds, or Animal Nutrition)
• Valid South African driving license and high-level computer literacy with data entry and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated customer plans to deliver sales targets and increase market share across the poultry portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers from farm level to boardroom.
• Lead strategic planning with Marketing and Technical teams to implement innovative solutions for customer success.
• Manage product forecasting, pricing, promotions, and CRM reporting to optimize supply and meet customer requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership to coordinate internal teams and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
